RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the limited, collectible, made-to-order, and specialty nature of products offered by The Analog Cathedral, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed, except in cases where an item arrives damaged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify The Analog Cathedral within 24 hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation.

To submit a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • Full name and order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Clear photographs of the original packaging and shipping materials
  • Photographs showing any visible damage to the shipping box or mailer, when applicable

Damage claims submitted more than 24 hours after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Customers must retain the damaged item and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Do not discard the product, shipping box, mailer, protective materials, or other packaging while a claim is pending.

REPLACEMENTS

Once a damage claim has been reviewed and approved, The Analog Cathedral may provide a replacement of the same item when inventory and materials are available.

Because some products may be limited editions, numbered editions, artist editions, one-of-a-kind pieces, or otherwise unavailable for reproduction, an identical replacement may not always be possible. In those circumstances, The Analog Cathedral will determine the appropriate resolution based on the specific order and availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Ordering the incorrect product, size, edition, or variation
  • Differences in color caused by individual screen or display settings
  • Refusal or failure to accept delivery
  • Minor variations inherent to handmade, specialty, analog, or individually produced products

SHIPPING DAMAGE

The Analog Cathedral takes care in preparing and packaging orders for shipment. Damage occurring while an order is in transit must be reported within the 24-hour notification period described above so that the damage can be properly documented and, where applicable, a claim can be pursued with the shipping carrier.

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact The Analog Cathedral directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

The Analog Cathedral reserves the right to contest any chargeback or payment dispute that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unauthorized, improper, or inconsistent with the terms of this Return & Refund Policy. This may include providing the customer’s order information, delivery confirmation, tracking information, communications, acceptance of these terms, and other relevant transaction documentation to the applicable bank, payment processor, card issuer, or other authorized parties.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict any consumer rights or chargeback rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law or card-network rules.

If a customer knowingly or fraudulently initiates an improper chargeback and the matter results in collection proceedings, arbitration, or litigation, The Analog Cathedral reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to seek recovery of its reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase from The Analog Cathedral, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy, including the All Sales Final, damaged-item notification, and payment-dispute provisions contained herein.
